This Privacy Policy describes how Eco Defense (“the App”) handles information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the App:
- Age and policy acknowledgement. On first launch, the App asks you to confirm your age and that you accept this Policy and the Terms of Service. This acknowledgement is stored on your device.
- Game progress and settings. Map progress, stars, currency balances, owned heroes, difficulty selection, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- Game Center / Play Games (optional). If you choose to sign in, Apple Game Center or Google Play Games may provide a player identifier and may receive achievement unlocks, subject to Apple’s or Google’s own privacy policies. Sign-in is optional.
- Purchase information. When you buy In-App Purchases, Apple or Google processes payment and provides the App with enough information to unlock the purchased item (for example, product identifier and transaction status). We do not receive your full payment card number.
- Support communications. If you email us, we receive the content of your message and any details you include (such as device type or app version) so we can respond.
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide and maintain gameplay and saved progress;
- Process and fulfill In-App Purchases;
- Enable optional Game Center / Play Games features;
- Respond to support requests;
- Comply with applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles for third-party ads.
4. Sharing of information
We may share limited information with:
- Apple — App Store purchases, Game Center, and related services;
- Google — Google Play Billing and Play Games Services on Android;
- Hosting providers — to serve this website;
- Authorities — when required by law.
5. Data retention
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google according to their policies. Support emails are retained as needed to resolve your request and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then deleted when no longer needed.
6. Children
The App includes an age confirmation on first launch. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Security
We use HTTPS for this website and rely on Apple’s and Google’s secure purchase and account systems for store transactions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe there has been unauthorized access related to the App.
8. Your choices
- You may skip Game Center / Play Games sign-in.
- You may manage or request refunds for store purchases through Apple or Google.
- You may contact us to ask questions about information related to support emails: nguyenviet12apt@gmail.com.
9. International processing
Your device stores local game data. Apple and Google may process account and payment data in multiple countries. This website is hosted on servers that may be outside your country of residence.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
