Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Eco Defense — Restore the Earth (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
Eco Defense is a mobile entertainment application (tower defense game). Features, content, difficulty, and availability may change through updates. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the age requirements presented in the App and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play for your region. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.
3. Accounts and platform services
Use of Apple Game Center or Google Play Games is optional and subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms and privacy policies in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your platform account on devices you control.
4. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by applicable law.
5. In-App Purchases
The App may offer In-App Purchases, including consumable items (such as gem packs) and non-consumable items (such as paid heroes). Prices are displayed in the store interface and charged by Apple or Google.
- Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google, not by a direct bank transfer inside the App.
- We do not collect your full payment card details.
- Refund requests for App Store purchases should be submitted to Apple (for example via reportaproblem.apple.com). Google Play purchases follow Google’s refund process.
- Virtual items have no cash value outside the App and are licensed, not sold as real-world property, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in violation of law or Apple / Google platform policies;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or other users’ data;
- Cheat, exploit, or interfere with normal operation of the App;
- Misuse support channels or submit fraudulent purchase or refund claims.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, art, audio, text, and trademarks, is owned by BAIHAT LABS or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAIHAT LABS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for In-App Purchases in the App during the three (3) months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law or platform rules. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
